Are you a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive individual seeking a unique part-time opportunity? We are actively recruiting a hybrid Executive/Personal Assistant to provide unparalleled support to a busy CEO and their family in Vermont. Our Founder is a fast-paced, serial entrepreneur, and is looking for a dedicated assistant to streamline both personal and professional aspects of their life across properties and business.
This part-time, jack-of-all-trades, “task tackler” must have a “can-do” attitude, an eye for detail, and remarkable judgment communication. This person will function as a right hand and is comfortable going with the flow in a high output, fast-paced environment where you will learn something new every day!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support:
- Manage CEO’s calendar and travel arrangements
- Answer the phone and be the first point of contact for all general inquiries
- Manage CEOs travel including managing all travel arrangements, managing credits, upgrades, and memberships/rewards, processing expense reports
- Errands (bank, store, car maintenance, etc.)
- Process mail & invoices
- Process and pay personal bills
- Maintain physical and electronic filing system
- On-site meeting and event management, as needed
- Maintain a supply inventory and order supplies, as needed
- Maintaining life, auto, home, health and misc. insurance policies
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues with phone, computer, printer/copier, etc.
- Other administrative responsibilities as assigned
Communication Support:
- Drafting and distribution of personal newsletter
- Assist with personal podcast as needed
Personal Support:
Assist when needed with personal affairs, which may include but are not limited to:
- Personal travel coordination, booking, itineraries, and payments.
- Reminders of important dates
- Personal notes, gifts, dinner reservations
- Scheduling and coordination of auto repairs
- Doctor’s appointments, follow-ups, billing & payments
- Grocery shopping and house management
- Coordination of fitness related events, gym memberships, etc.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $30-35 an hour or fixed monthly rate based on experience
Expected Hours: 20-25 per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Location: In-Office, Hybrid Remote
