We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our thriving legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented, self-motivated individual to make a significant impact in our firm and the lives of our clients. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will handle a high volume of cases from inception through trial and will be responsible for the management and litigation of a volume caseload of serious personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless drive to achieve justice for clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
2. Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support claims.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
4. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
5. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with regular case updates and ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
4. Proven track record of successful litigation experience, including trials.
5. Proficient in legal research and strong knowledge of personal injury law.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proactive, organized, and able to manage a high-volume caseload.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
