Personal Injury Litigation Assistant - Ligori & Ligori Attorneys at Law

• Prepare deposition, hearing, and trial binders.
• Prepare Expert binders for depositions and expert meetings.
• Requesting and updating all medical records/bills.
• Confirm request for copies/objections to NPNP documents.
• Draft letters to providers for medical records of lien holders.
• Assist in updating medical bill outlines.
• Organize litigation files for trial.

• Experience in Litserv, preparation of binders for hearing/depositions and medical records.
• Exceptional written and oral skills.
• Must be organized and attention to detail.
• We are looking for a candidate who has litigation assistant experience of at least one year.
• Customer service is our priority so the candidate must have great phone and computer skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Bilingual is a plus, Spanish.

• Includes base salary range of $40,000 - $50,000.
• 1-week vacation after six months of employment.
• 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment.
• 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
• 6 federal holidays off per year.
• 6 personal/sick days per year.
• $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
