Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background working on civil liitgation matters from intake to resolution. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
- 3+ Years experience as a paralegal
- Experience in personal injury preferred
- Organized exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs
- Assist attorneys with interrogatories and discovery requests
- Liases between trial team and third parties, medical providers
- Communicate with retained experts
- Assist with voir dire, jury selection and witness preporation
- Subpoena medical, billing and radiology records, employment records
- Summarize writeen discovery and document productions
Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
- Must be competent and proficient in Word, Outlook, One Drive, Magellan
- Ability to handle multiple databases of information and be comfortable organizing data
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Communicate with internal and external third parties
- Trial preparation and trial support experience preferred
- Knowledge of motions,discovery, evidence, litigation documents, court rules and procedures
- ABA approved Paralegal Certificate or relevant certification
- Ability to record billable time
