Personal Injury Support Manager - Dworkin and Maciariello

Everyone on Team D&M is dedicated to helping injured people receive the care and compensation they deserve.  We are looking for compassionate, empathetic people who enjoy helping others, for our PERSONAL INJURY SUPPORT MANAGER position. 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead a team of pre litigation case managers and other support personnel through review of daily operations, productivity and task management.
2. Ensure team is meeting performance metrics.
3. Provide training and direction to team members.
4. Oversight of all support operations.
5. Coordinate with managing attorney to improve processes, identify training deficiencies, and address personnel issues.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

1. 3 plus years of pre litigation personal injury experience
2. 2 plus years in a supervisory role
3. Proficiency with Microsoft programs
4. Strong written and verbal skills
5. Smart Advocate experience a plus but not required

Location/Schedule:

1. Can be located anywhere in the US
   1. Must be available and willing to travel to Chicago as needed. 2-3x Annually, but frequently during onboarding period.
2. Salaried position, hours and schedule will vary dependent upon department needs.

1. Candidate must understand we encourage a healthy work/life balance, but they will need to remain flexible with hours and should be available to work beyond a standard 40 hours when workload and/or department needs dictate.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $75k-80k salary range
