Responsibilities
Manage client accounts by providing personalized service and support.
Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Create and maintain accurate client records and policy documents.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and
loyalty.
Requirements
Experience:
Previous experience in personal lines insurance or account management preferred.
Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with various personal lines insurance products and
coverage options preferred.
Customer Service Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch service to clients.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet
deadlines.
Technology Proficiency:
Experience with insurance agency management systems and Microsoft
Office suite preferred.
