Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Inbound Calls: Address client inquiries efficiently, offering solutions and assistance.
Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that suit each client's unique requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by offering complementary products.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License required. Life & Health License is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in personal lines insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
Customer-Centric: Demonstrated dedication to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment and adept at managing time effectively.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
