Responsibilities

Client Communication: Interact with clients to address their insurance-related inquiries and provide accurate information on available options.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and modifications as needed.

Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Policy Renewals: Proactively reach out to clients to review policy renewals and make any necessary adjustments.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in a customer service role, with a focus on providing excellent service and support.

Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of personal lines insurance products and terminology preferred.

Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
