We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new personal insurance clients, helping individuals and families protect their homes, vehicles, and other personal assets. You will build long-lasting relationships with clients by providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and marketing initiatives.
Client Consultations: Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized insurance solutions.
Quoting and Closing Sales: Provide accurate insurance quotes, explain policy options, and finalize the sale with prospective clients.
Policy Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of existing clients policies to ensure they have adequate coverage and offer upgrades or new policies as needed.
Customer Service: Address client questions, concerns, and inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Compliance: Ensure that all sales are conducted in line with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
Insurance License: Valid personal lines insurance license (or willingness to obtain prior to hire).
Experience: Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Technology: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online insurance quoting tools.
Self-Motivation: A proactive and driven approach to building your own book of business.
