Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a global biopharmaceutical company focused on providing innovative solutions for patients with severe diseases. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project and program management to ensure smooth delivery and successful project completion through effective coordination and planning.
Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
- Support Project and Program Managers with the operational aspects of project execution.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate workshops and integrate project work across different departments.
- Help ensure accurate project tracking, change control, and communication for informed decision-making.
Qualifications for the Project Coordinator:
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, with a focus on supporting complex programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying scope and complexity.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Preferred candidates should live close enough to attend key meetings and events onsite.
Compensation/Benefits for the Project Coordinator:
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
- 1-year contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion.
