We have a great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist at an acute care center in Bridgeport, CT. Both Local and Travel candidates are welcome to apply.

• Order verification (medication orders, IV mixtures)
• Checking medications for delivery/dispense
• Dosing protocols (vancomycin etc)
• Dose adjustments (automatic protocols or provider collaboration)
• On site position only

• Registered pharmacist for the state of CT (RPh or PharmD acceptable)
• At least one year of hospital experience is preferred
