The Pharmacist-In-Charge will ensure safe, optimal and efficacious drug therapy for patients, as you review, process and monitor physician orders and patient medication profiles. As an active member of the health care team, the Pharmacist-In-Charge is responsible for contacting other health care professionals as appropriate performing duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the hospital’s mission and values.

Job Specifics and Requirements:
Area: Little Rock, AR
Licensure Requirements: Must have open, active, and in good standing AR State Pharmacist License
Education: Pharm.D. or B.S.
Years of Experience: 2+ years
Setting: Retail
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 7:00pm
Pay: $70.00
Background/ Drug Requirements: Must be willing to submit to a background check, health and drug screen.


Pharmacist-In-Charge

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations and staff 
- Review medication orders and ensure accuracy and safety
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
- Answer medication questions from patients and care teams
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and intern pharmacists

Skills Required:
- Active licensure as a Pharmacist
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
