Description:
The pharmacy technician will assist in providing pharmacy services. Other related skills may be required to perform this job.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. One year pharmacy experience working under a license pharmacist or completion of certified pharmacy technical program. Working knowledge of third-party claims process.
Engagement Description – A brief description of the project or initiative. Include:
- Work on the pharmacy help desk grievance team.
- Responsible for data entry and triage of grievances to coordinators
- Able to update Excel Spreadsheet for leadership review
- Other duties as needed
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience – – The most important must-have skills. Include:
- Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
- Strong computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc.)
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Willingness to accept change
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Quick learner
- Good communicator
