- Greet patients warmly and professionally at all times during interaction
- Performs blood collection procedures and related tasks
- Verifies specimen order requirements and identifying information prior to specimen collection
- Follows venipuncture procedures and displays knowledge of standard procedures, techniques and common practice areas
- Labels all specimens collected and delivers/transports them to the appropriate processing area
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $16 - $40 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.
Rainier Springs Summary of Benefits
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification/licensure is required in Washington, California, Louisiana, and Nevada. Phlebotomy certification is preferred in all other states where not requried by State or Federal regulation.
- CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment. In Washington only: Must also have AIDS training, verification, and statements that of good physical and mental health.
