Physical Rehabilitation Technician - PRN - Norman Regional Health System

Compensation

• $10.04-$16.40/hr. based on previous work experience.
• Evening differential $1.50/hr.
• Night differential $1.75/hr.
• Weekend differential $1.75/hr.

• Assists with a variety of treatments and related procedures under supervision of Licensed Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists or Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required. 
• Prefer college student with declared major or enrollment in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupation Therapy, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, or other health related field (i.e., nursing, physical education, etc.).
• Skills with computer and typing preferred. 

Experience

•   Prefer hospital experience with direct patient care.

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure / Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
