We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who:
- Provides rehabilitative treatment interventions to complex patients admitted to the acute hospital.
- Assists Supervising Physical Therapist in guiding patient population through appropriate individualized treatment to meet goals and objectives.
- Efficiently communicates and works collaboratively with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary teams to carry out comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans.
- Demonstrates a high degree of independence, flexibility and adaptability working in in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Education :
Minimum - Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Work Experience :
Minimum - Prior healthcare experience.
Preferred - Professional experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - State of Wisconsin licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire.
