Pay Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Pay range $23/hr to $34/hr + Production Incentive + Benefits. Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job related factors.

Highline Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our Bonney Lake clinic. The PTA will work directly with patients to teach them different functional tasks and exercises intended to strengthen or stretch muscles, as well as alleviate pain.

Our Bonney Lake clinic offers a range of rehabilitation services, specializing in physical therapy, hand therapy, and sports rehabilitation. The clinic focuses on personalized treatment plans for pain management, injury recovery, and post-surgical care, with a goal of improving function and mobility for patients of all ages. Their therapists use hands-on techniques and customized exercise programs to promote recovery.

Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Follow individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
• Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
• Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
• Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
