*Job Type: Full-time/ Per diem in-person position.*

*PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Responsibilities Include:*
· Assessing patients in need of rehabilitation services
· Providing direct patient care to evaluate their medical condition and functional capabilities.
· Establishing and administering treatment programs with specific goals based on patients’ capacity and tolerance, under the direction of a physician.
· Setting realistic goals for patients
· Documenting and recording the patient’s condition and progress.
· Educating patients and their families in appropriate physical therapy methods
*PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Requirements/Qualifications:*
* Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
* Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
* The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for overseeing and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $57.00 per hour
