*Role*: Physical Therapist (PT)

Your goals will be to help patients recover through compassionate, effective treatment, leadership, and collaboration with your team.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- *Patient Care & Treatment*: Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments. Establish effective treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and related modalities.
- *Documentation & Billing*: Maintain accurate, compliant, and ethical documentation and billing.
- *Leadership*: Lead and manage a team of PTs, PTAs, and technicians. Set clear goals and work with your team to achieve them. Help generate new patient appointments and plans of care (POCs).
*Competency Requirements*:
- *Certifications*: Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas. Preferred certifications include orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, pelvic floor, and strength training.
- *Technical Expertise*: Accurate in diagnostics, and implementation of evidence-based, effective treatment techniques.
- *Communication Skills*: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- *Leadership*: Be a role model with a strong work ethic. Assist with community education workshops. Show interest in advancing to a clinical director role.
