Physical Therapist (PT) - King David Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation

The Physical Therapist (PT) assumes responsibility and accountability for evaluating, planning and delivery of appropriate physical therapy services, within a framework of interdisciplinary collaboration and consultation for our short-term rehabilitation clients and long-term care residents at King David Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  Our full-time Physical Therapist (PT) works together with a large group of rehab professionals, supervises PTA's, trains caregivers, makes d.c recommnedations, and works as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team.

Experience in SNF/LTC preferred.  Utilizes Nethealth and PCC EMR.  Opportunities to participate in career laddering program, clinical instructor for students, CEU reimbursement available.
