Shift End Time: 7:00 PM

Shifts Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Hourly Rate: $32 to $53

Job Overview:

The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients to help them achieve the highest possible level of function and independence. This role requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to deliver exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients' physical therapy programs, adjusting as necessary to achieve goals.
• Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate clinical documentation, including accurate charge entry.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and medical staff.
• Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers as necessary.
• Continuously improve clinical skills through ongoing education and research.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, state, and national regulations.
• Align work activities with the organizations goals and contribute to departmental success.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience above the minimum qualification.
• Less than 1 year of experience required; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
