_*Practice has 1 Cardiologist and 2 Physician Assistants *_
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat various cardiac conditions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
-Must be willing to travel to various nursing homes.
- Order diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies
-Prescribe medications
*Skills:*
- Proficient in clinical research methodologies and data analysis
- Skilled in assessing vital signs and interpreting results
- Competent in conducting diagnostic evaluations for various medical conditions
- Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record systems
- Strong case management skills to ensure coordinated patient care

*Education & Experience:*
* Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Board Certified Physician Assistant
* 1+ years experience in the applied specialty preferred
* BLS certified (ACLS prefered)
* Current CDS required
* Current DEA required
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
Salary package is negotiable depending on experience.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
