We are seeking the nations brightest and most innovative Advanced Practitioners to help us deliver the highest level of heart care to our Advanced Heart Failure (AHF) patients. Come and be a part of one of the largest and most experienced multidisciplinary teams in the nation!
Opportunity Overview:
- OUTPATIENT clinic only
- Monday through Friday Schedule
- Opportunity to work 4/10s
- Excellent support staff
- EMR Platform- EPIC
- Collaboratively functions as an Advanced Practitioner with board certified Cardiologists and other clinical staff by providing leadership and incorporating the role of clinical expert, role model, consultant, educator and practitioner, in conjunction with providing clinical expertise to patients, families, colleagues and other clinical staff via direct or indirect patient care. APP also collaborates in conducting comprehensive health assessments, to manage acute, chronic, and complex patients by assessing, evaluating, developing and implementing high quality patient care plans.
Do you have what is takes?
- Ability to obtain NP/PA license in the state of Georgia
- Board Certification via NCCPA for Physician Assistants
- Board Certification via ACNP (Acute Care) , AGACNP or FNP required for Nurse Practitioners
- Advanced Heart Failure experience strongly preferred-
- LVAD
- Cardio-MEMS remote monitoring
- Proficiency in applying advanced concepts, principles and advanced clinical techniques in an inpatient and outpatient environment

Must be progressive-minded, self-starter who takes initiative while working collaboratively with supervising physician(s) and other clinical staff.
