Vernon Memorial Healthcare has limited part-time opportunities available for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our combined Urgent Care - Emergency Department. The position involves managing our urgent care patients and providing high-quality and compassionate patient care in the Urgent Care setting. In addition, build your skill level and gain experience through collaboration with emergency physicians in the care of emergency department patients. An emergency physician is always present for consultation, and our APPs are encouraged to participate in emergency procedures and care within our Level IV Trauma Center.
This is a fill in position with a varied schedule from month to month. Hours are primarily 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. WI licensure/registration as Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with BLS, ACLS, PALS and ATLS certifications required. Previous relevant experience strongly preferred.
