Full Time.  Monday - Friday.  Practice hours vary between 7:00AM - 6:00PM.

Compensation range 85k-125k.

We are recruiting a Physician Assistant at our busy Primary Care practice to meet patient care demands.  The successful candidate will be self-motivated, will value a team environment, and will demonstrate a passion for community healthcare.   Our position is Full Time, Monday – Friday, with no weekends and no holidays required.

As a PA on our Primary Care team you'll support the physician team and provide care related to health maintenance, disease prevention, psychosocial/physical assessment and management of chronic illness to meet the health needs of primary care patients.  Job duties include developing and implementing patient management plans, performing physical exams, analyzing diagnostic tests, compiling patient medical data, educating patients about treatment options.  Must be familiar with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) protocols and value based purchasing model of healthcare delivery.

Requirements include Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Prefer five (5) years recent clinical experience in Primary Care medicine, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. New Graduates are welcome to apply.
