Location: - Desired community in Pennsylvania - Clinic is in NW Pennsylvania, driving distance from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo - Family-friendly, dynamic small city with great schools and colleges - Lakes, parks, and year-round outdoor sports opportunities - Great music, restaurants, arts, and sports venues Key Responsibilities: - Conduct evaluations, consultations, troubleshooting, and fittings for 6-9 patients daily. - Utilize expertise in hearing device fittings and REM procedures. Requirements: - Licensed or willing to become licensed in Pennsylvania. - Experience with Oticon products preferred. - Comfortable with a work schedule of 36-40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 9 am 5 pm. - Ability to work in two patient care areas: clinical evaluation and hearing device fittings. Financial Package: - Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year. - 4% bonus on collected hearing device revenues, earning potential up to $95,000 - $100,000 annuall y. - Comprehensive benefits package including 120 hours of combined PTO, professional and licensure fees coverage, 6 paid holidays, SIMPLE IRA pension with 3% employer matching, and health insurance stipend.
