Permanent BC Family Practice Provider needed in York, PA. 40 hrs/wk Monday 11-8, Tues-Friday 8-5. No weekends as of now. Oncall is a 1:7 rotation Monday 8 am -Monday 8 am Base $220,000 Incentive $20/encounter over 5500 encounters/year NP supervision $8000/yr Retention bonus of $15,000 paid over 3 years Claims made malpractice w/tail conditions Medical/Dental/Vison after 3 months. Medical: Employee contribution of $27/wk. All dependents on policy are paid in full by employer per contract. Dental/Vison are employee paid.
