CompHealth is currently assisting a financially stable hospital in Indiana with their search for a day hospitalist. They need assistance with the growing patient census/growing a practice/because a current physician is retiring. Your schedule will be a blocked schedule of 7 on and 7 off from 7 am to 7 pm. The night shifts are currently staffed by a nurse practitioner, using the day hospitalist back up for rare phone calls. Coverage includes general inpatient medical/surgical units, an open ICU, and co-management of surgical patients. Come join an established hospitalist program. They welcome candidates that are board certified or board eligible, and H-1B visa transfers.
