• Monday through Friday schedule with ability to work autonomously
• BC/BE internal medicine or family medicine physicians welcome to apply
• Must have passion for caring for the elderly
• Must have current Illinois license or in progress to start within 90 - 120 days
• Will round at 2 - 3 nursing facilities in a given area
• No weekends and no weekend call
• Malpractice coverage and CME time included
