Physician: Opiate Treatment (part-time or contract position) at MARYHAVEN,INC

Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for complete residual history and physicals (most completed by NPs and PAs) as well as other necessary medical examinations. Assist with any other appropriate medical duties at any Maryhaven location, including MASC, Regional Offices and Womens Program. Apply medication assisted treatment as defined by Maryhaven protocols and in consultation with the Chief Medical Officer. Participate in on-call rotation (as a backup to NPs and PAs) and oversight of NPs and PAs, in addition to holding appropriate collaborative agreements.

Physician Requirements

• Medical degree, current medical license to practice medicine in the State of Ohio, at least seven (7) years of practice as a licensed physician; including five (5) years experience with addiction medicine and/or psychiatry.
• Unencumbered license as a physician in the State of Ohio, MD/DO.
• Willing to place DEA license with Maryhaven at site(s) it may be needed.
• This is a part-time or contract position: can work up to 25 hours a week.
