Community Health Center, a progressive, well-resourced rural FQHC is currently seeking a Full-time Psychiatrist that is passionate about making an impact in underserved rural communities. The physician is responsible for delivering preventive, diagnostic, treatment, patient education and referral care rendered by us. This position is accountable for the delivery and quality of all services provided by the provider and any supervised mid-level providers (if applicable). Physician would support fully integrated medical, dental, behavioral health and addiction treatment services for high need population.

Qualifications:

• Full licensure to practice medicine in the State of Kansas and Board Certified in appropriate specialty.
• Graduation from accredited medical school and completion of medically recognized residency program.

This site is full-service with more than 65 staff members providing medical (including ob/gyn), dental and mental health care. It also has an on-site 340b pharmacy, plus a wide array of enabling services including patient navigation, legal and care management. It converted to EMR in 2009.
