Physician - Senior Focused Care - Hazelwood, MO - Mercy Clinic Physician Recruitment

Mercy in St Louis, MO is recruiting primary care physicians with a specific interest in building relationships, focusing on wellness, changing lives, and making a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

• Dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in basket support
• In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters - annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits

• 30 minute - 1 hour appointment slots for all patients - adequate time without rush
• Manage a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support
• No holidays, weekends, or evenings
• Administration dedicated to reducing physician burnout - comprehensive physician wellness program

• Compensation will be a guaranteed annual salary plus quality incentives and not dependent on production metrics or wRVUs allowing you to focus on relationships and time with patients!
