Schedule: Full time
Compensation: Range from $20.00 to $22.00
Job Summary:
As a Picking Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the selection and organization of materials for our high-quality cabinetry projects. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and leading a team to optimize efficiency in the picking process. You will work closely with production and logistics to maintain seamless operations, ensuring that all materials meet our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train picking team members to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to manage inventory levels and material availability.
- Implement best practices for order picking and material handling to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in the picking process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in cabinetry or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
