Adecco is currently assisting a local client to staff for a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Planner to join their team on a temporary basis. As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing their production processes, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining efficient inventory levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize capacity.
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, adjusting schedules as needed.
- Communicate production requirements and address operational issues.
- Collaborate with customer service to understand customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Work with procurement to manage raw material availability and maintain supply continuity.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to schedules and efficient resource utilization.
- Manage production capacity to optimize operations and minimize bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with procurement and production to manage inventory levels.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with production, procurement, and customer service teams.
- Experience with ERP systems and production monitoring tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
