System One has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Coordinator in Monroe, NC. This is a 6 month contract supporting a specialty manufacturing company. Local candidates preferred as per diem is not offered.

Primary Responsibilities
- Access and analyze information from all necessary applications and data sources to support planners and production control.
- Review order supplements for changing plan orders
- Support inventory reviews
- Able to work independently and as part of larger collaborative team.
- Create and issue Planner batches
- Entering Sales Orders
- Cross train with various product Planners
- Support planning functions and Inter-Company Sales orders
- Support customer status report requests
- Support batch dating process updates
Ideal Background
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point at a minimum) required to accomplish day-to-day work activities and willingness to learn additional programs.
- Sufficient experience learning and navigating industry specific internal applications.
- Sufficient knowledge of company, products, objectives, and operations.
- Oracle experience a plus.
