WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
The Plant Clerk provides general administrative support to our plant operation and personnel. Working hours typically begin between 6:00am – 8:00am and the primary responsibilities are as follows:

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
The Plant Clerk provides general administrative support to our plant operation and personnel. Working hours typically begin between 6:00am – 8:00am and the primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide administrative support for this operation as well as occasional support for our Newtown and Ottsville locations
- Compiling and reporting production statistics
- Tracking equipment utilization, PM’s, fuel usage, production costs, and man hours
- Prepare purchase requisitions and create purchase orders
- Processing vendor invoices and purchase orders on a daily basis
- Preparing monthly accruals, entering material inventories on a daily and monthly basis
- Purchasing of parts and safety supplies
- Maintaining equipment down time reports
- Processing and maintaining our payroll
- Training new hires on administrative tasks such as company HR policies, clocking-in/out, etc.
- Complete new hire paperwork
- Perform related job duties as assigned
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Solid organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and flexibility to adapt to changing business situations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
- This position requires someone who can sit for a long period of time, stand, and lift boxes occasionally
