Plant Manager Assistant

Monday - Friday | 7AM - 3PM | $20/hr | Direct Hire

The Assistant to the Plant Manager is responsible for aiding the Plant Manager in the daily tasks of managing the organization's manufacturing activities to produce quality product within budget and financial standards through successful employee empowerment, resulting in a gratified customer.

• Team player
• Problem solver
• Project management experience 
• Experience with safety and security 
• Quality control experience
• Able to stand entire shift
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (specifically Word and Excel)
• At least 18 years old and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen
