Job Description
+ Production planning
+ Planning and coordinating the production process, including machinery, processing, and packaging
+ Production schedule
+ Ensuring that the production schedule meets customer requirements, facility capabilities, and financial planning
+ Quality and performance
+ Managing quality standards, performance metrics, and materials replenishment
+ Cost management
+ Keeping operational expenses within budget and investigating cost-reduction measures
+ Safety
+ Ensuring a safe working environment and implementing safety procedures
+ Staffing
+ Hiring and training manufacturing plant employees
+ Documentation
+ Creating documentation protocols and ensuring that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed
+ Budgeting
+ Creating the plant's budgets and coordinating with corporate management to enforce changes
+ Team engagement
+ Driving team engagement and working closely with the production team, sales, procurement, quality, and other support functions

Work Environment
