JOB SUMMARY

A Plant Mechanic/Welder inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and fabricates on plant and conveyor systems.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Welding experience
• A valid driver’s license
• Good interpersonal skills
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Lift up to 75 lbs and be in good physical condition
• Standing, bending, and climbing as well as upper body and back strength required

Dell Rapids, SD

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Fabricate, repair, and modify metallic and nonmetallic parts

2.     MIG and Arc welding

3.     Use of mechanical and electrical power tools

4.     Use of maintenance tools and electrical equipment

5.     Work on conveyer systems

SCHEDULE

Full-time Monday thru Friday.  Some Saturdays are possible
