Plastic Extrusion Operator - Peach State Fabrication

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plastic Extrusion Operator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our plastic products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
• Monitor the extrusion process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience as a plastic extrusion operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Salary info:
