We’re looking for a platform analyst, CRM to join our ranks. As a member of the Advisor Digital Solutions group, the platform analyst will help to drive the success of our core product offering focused on our advisor CRM platforms. You will work closely with our CRM Support team, our technology partners, and our affiliates to drive the success and enablement of all CRM platforms. You will passionately advocate for our affiliate community and look for opportunities to influence and promote our product needs with our technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the various advisor CRM system capabilities, including Advisor360 CRM, Redtail, and WealthBox
- Developing full comprehension of the individual product features and capabilities and their integration points and communicating this to a wider audience including affiliates and home office staff
- Elevating practice efficiency by educating advisors on leveraging the CRM platform and communicating best practices
- Building and reviewing metrics and KPIs to focus on key areas and user groups that represent opportunities for improvement and increased product adoption and effectiveness
- Partnering closely with our CRM support team to ensure successful implementation and execution of the CRM platform
- Building and managing a product feedback loop for the continued advancement of Advisor360’s products, acting as an active contributor and responding to affiliate-facing feedback.
- Fielding ad hoc requests and actively engaging with our affiliates to ensure input is gathered for the continued refinement of the platform
- Reporting to and working closely with the Commonwealth CRM platform owner to align with the goals and objectives of the Advisor360 solution implementation and experience at Commonwealth
- Providing consultation and education to internal support group(s) and stakeholders by keeping them apprised of new product information
- Facilitating and leading product review sessions with our affiliate community
- Partnering with professional development, marketing, practice management, learning and development, and other departments on educating our affiliates, home office and partners on product capabilities; providing assistance on the creation of training materials and IT communications
- Supporting Commonwealth’s vision by delivering product presentations at Commonwealth conferences and events
- Providing vision, industry analysis, and active engagement in the development of our CRM product roadmap
- Vet and analyze potential new tools that can be integrated with the CRM systems to solve for advisor needs

- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills; strong communication abilities to frequently engage with affiliates, technology partners, and home office staff via phone and in person
- Naturally empathetic and care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about solving problems for affiliates; Friendly approach to teaching and helping others
- Ability to interact with others positively and respectfully , fostering a collaborative work environment
- Ability to dive into unfamiliar content, quickly get up to speed, and provide support for our affiliate community to better understand and leverage our platform
- A combination of technology, market, and business savvy of the financial RIA/Broker Dealer landscape and fintech industry; ability to use knowledge and experience to work with affiliates to help deliver best practices
- Relationship/vendor management and ability to champion our affiliates’ needs
Additional Skills and Knowledge
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in related role focused on building, managing or supporting enterprise level and/or advisor facing CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology or related field
