A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR PLUMBING EXCAVATION LEAD

In this rewarding role, you kick off your morning with a lively huddle at our office, then head out to conquer excavation projects at customer homes. As our Plumbing Excavation Lead, You are at the helm of heavy-duty equipment like hydro-vac and septic pump trucks, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely. From installing and repairing piping systems to mentoring apprentices, every day is an adventure.

You easily stay connected through Google Chats and your EPHA email, responding to inquiries like a pro. Greeting every customer with a smile, you deliver top-notch service and sometimes join in on fun company events like golf outings and parades. You end your day by keeping your gear clean and ready for the next mission!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR PLUMBING EXCAVATION LEAD

• 3+ years of excavation experience with underground plumbing
• CDL license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL with tanker endorsement
• Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of an apprenticeship
• Knowledge of state regulations, including OSHA requirements
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans

WORK SCHEDULE

Your start time ranges from 7 AM to 8 AM depending on training or meetings. While we aim for a 5 PM finish, we work until the job is done to keep our customers happy. Enjoy a rotating on-call schedule every other week, adding a bit of variety to your routine.
