Location: San Antonio Job Description
- Responsible for supervising work performed on systems ranging in difficulty from small basic commercial installations to large complex projects involving multiple plumbing systems
- Assists in administrating the company safety program and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing trade and a minimum of 3 years of verifiable supervisory experience
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing blueprints, specifications and codes
- Thorough knowledge of other major craft blueprints
- Thorough knowledge of all plumbing systems, from domestic water to medical gas
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with employees and clients on a professional level
- The ability to supervise multiple foremen
- The ability to schedule projects and meet deadlines
- Work in outside areas exposed to the weather and elements.
- Work in awkward positions which can cause physical discomfort and strain.
- Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical devices.
- Exposure to safety hazards to make safe corrections while avoiding injury.
