We are currently seeking a Policy Services Supervisor to oversee all aspects of Policy Services to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and with a high degree of quality. Motivating staff and keeping an organized, efficient workplace are keys to success.

Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees operational activities including the processing of received workflow items in support of the Underwriting department.
- Provide training and guidance for current and new employees to help them do their jobs in an efficient manner
- Manage the workflow associated with all daily volume to ensure processing service levels are maintained
- Perform quality control reviews of all output and the handling of those documents
- Create a weekly schedule for staff to follow
- Involved in the selection process of new hires within the department
- Assist ISS Manager in offering suggestions for improvement and seeking suggestions for improvement of existing processes or procedures within the department
Qualifications
- Prior supervisor experience required
- Three to Five years in a workflow management role with a focus on processing and processing enhancements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
- Mathematical and literacy skills
