Pool Director - Corinthian Yacht Club

The Corinthian Yacht Club is a private club located on scenic Marblehead Harbor. We are seeking an experienced Pool Director to be a part of our team.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training the pool staff.
• Lead the daily operation and maintenance of the outdoor Swimming Pool Complex.
• Manage a staff of Certified Lifeguards and Swim Instructors; direct them in daily operations, cleaning, and maintenance responsibilities.
• Develop and manage the educational, recreational, and competitive swim programs.
• Organize, administer, and teach Swim lessons.
• Plan and execute social events- Splash Parties, Annual Water Show, and Family Nights.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree ideal, but not required.
• Competitive swimming background required.
• Current certifications in CPR/AED, First Aid and Lifeguarding required.
• CPO certification required.

Schedule and Pay

• Pool will be open 5/24/2025-9/7/2025, the Director is expected to be onsite 6 days, at least 50 hours a week.
• Weekend, evening and holiday shifts are required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Salaried pay, commensurate with experience.
