Job Title: Post Shipment Services (PSS) Technician

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute warranty work and repairs post-shipment.
• Manage carryover work and ensure job completions.
• Communicate directly with customers to address service needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
