Power BI Analyst - ENTRUST Solutions Group

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Enterprise Public Works team as an Analyst
• Program reporting using Power BI and Excel
• Create and update operating review boards, financial reporting
• Create dashboards in Excel and Power BI to track weekly and monthly metrics
• Compile cost, schedule and other project data from multiple sources including SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP, Excel, SQL and other sources
• Analyze data and provide meaning full insights to the leaders and stakeholders
• Prepare slide decks and Perform adhoc analysis

This is a hybrid role with regular office visits in Oakland, CA.

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required
• Experience building Power BI dashboard solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, vlookup, dashboards, etc.) and Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Information Systems
• Experience working within construction, energy, utilities, engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), consulting or related space.

Benefits & Salary:

• This position pays between $80,000 and $105,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
