The roles will be hybrid with visit to Rocklin, CA or Vacaville, CA on 1 to 3 days per week based on the business need. Few times a year, visit to Vacaville office would be needed only if there is a key training or meetings.
No mileage for the visits to Vacaville, CA as they will be very few to none from Rocklin, CA.
-Limited exposure to electrical , who are interested in learning electrical applications.
-Pearl and Python experience.
- Power systems is nice to have, not a deal breaker.
- Computer science background is also fine.
- Someone who is curious to learn electrical applications is a good candidate
- Duties: Keep an eye on load forecast applications.
- Training: Yes. It will be provided.
- Open for recent Grads.
- If experience matters, 1-3 years experience in good,.
- Masters or PhD will be OQ. But, if they accept the pay, you can submit.
- One video interview.
- In lieu of forecasting experience, they can consider candidates with statistical or data analysis experience, but only if they are not able to find someone.

* Support day-to-day maintenance activities for EMS.
* Perform ETL tasks involving complex model with different databases.
* Automate manual data-oriented tasks using scripts.
* Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data and presents recommendations.
* Working with industry standard power flow analysis applications with minimal guidance from leader.
* Design, develop and implement modification to EMS system models to reflect ongoing changes to the transmission, generation and SCADA systems
* Supporting the real-time applications - state estimator, contingency analysis and study applications such as electrical power flow.
