ATCS is seeking a highly motivated Practice Builder for our Land Development Engineering discipline to join our organization in Northern Virginia
This leadership role will be focused on business development targeting private sector clients
This individual will bolster ATCS Land Development footprint in the NOVA region by winning projects with these new clients.Essential Responsibilities:Developing and nurturing land development client relationships in the Northern VA areaIdentifying new project pursuitsMarketing ATCS land development offeringsDeveloping proposals for new pursuitsClient and project managementOverseeing delivery of site development projectsThe Ideal Candidate Will Be:An entrepreneurial spirit ready to win work and pursue new clientsEnthusiastic about building a practice within ATCSExpert collaborator and team builderQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or Construction ManagementDemonstrated history of technical expertise in residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional land development engineeringProfessional licensure preferredExisting strong relationships with private-sector builders, developers, landowners, and local agenciesStrong communication and time management skills with the ability to effectively oversee staff, projects, and multiple prioritiesExpert in land development and permitting processing in jurisdictions throughout NOVA; with extensive experience in site development design and management of design staff.Ability to travel as neededOur employees are the most critical part of ATCS
For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $233,500 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
The role is also eligible for an annual management bonus, with a target of 7.5% to 12.5% of the employee's annualized salary
