Position Summary:
Responsible for providing overall management of practice operations for a single or more practice sites in compliance with St. Luke’s Medical Group policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve patient access, employee engagement, and provider productivity. Develops and implements processes to maximize operational efficiencies and enhance practice revenues. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education:High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in clinical, business, or health related field preferred, or comparable experience.
Experience: 5 years’ progressive experience with physician practices, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity in a medical office setting.
